Hello, my name is Tatjana and I am a licensed professional counsellor. I have been working in the field of mental health for 10 years, helping individuals from all walks of life overcome challenges and improve their well-being.

Как проходят консультации?

Сессии проходят в формате доверительной беседы. Мы исследуем ваши переживания, ищем причины сложностей и возможные пути их решения. При необходимости я могу использовать определенные техники, для работы или рекомендовать книги, курсы, группы. Подход подбирается под ваши индивидуальные особенности и пожелания. Я работаю как онлайн, так и офлайн в Лиссабоне. Онлайн-формат так же эффективен, как и очные встречи.

Консультации анонимны?

Конфиденциальность — это основа нашей работы. Ваша приватность имеет первостепенное значение, и все, что обсуждается на сессиях, остается строго конфиденциальным, за исключением редких случаев, оговоренных в нашей политике конфиденциальности.

Что, если мне не понравится или я не почувствую эффект?

Психотерапия — это процесс. Иногда нужно время, чтобы увидеть изменения. Если после нескольких встреч вы не почувствуете комфорт, мы обсудим, что можно скорректировать.

Можно ли отменить или перенести консультацию?

Да, но, пожалуйста, сообщите за 24 часа, чтобы время могло быть передано другому клиенту. Сессии, отмененные менее чем за 12 часов оплачиваются в полном обьеме.
